Quick Summary

Knight of War is built around resources, structures, troops, scouting, and combat. Castle level unlocks new buildings, race affects strategy, Gold Mines produce gold, and luck adds uncertainty to battles and spy missions.

Attack Power

  • Infantry: 10 attack each
  • Archers: 8 attack each
  • Cavalry: 12 attack each
  • Race bonuses apply to total attack.
  • Final attack receives +5% to +15% luck.

Defense Power

  • Walls: 15 defense per level
  • Towers: 20 defense per level
  • Armory: 8 support per level
  • Infantry defend for 5 each
  • Archers defend for 7 each
  • Cavalry defend for 6 each
  • Final defense receives +5% to +15% luck.

Battle Losses & Loot

  • Attacker losses scale from defense / attack.
  • Defender losses scale from attack / defense.
  • If the attacker loses, attacker losses are forced higher.
  • Victories steal roughly 5% to 25% of defender resources.
  • The larger the winning margin, the more loot is taken.

Spying

  • Spies sent: 10 spy power each
  • Spy Guild: 12 spy power per level
  • Spy attacker and defender both get +5% to +15% luck.
  • Close successes reveal partial individual stats.
  • Hidden stats show as ?.
  • A massacre reveals everything.

Limits

  • Same target attack cooldown: 12 hours
  • Daily attack limit: 10 attacks per 24 hours
  • Resource buildings can reach Castle level × 3.
  • Military buildings are capped by Castle level.

Resource Exploration

Resource Exploration lets a ruler gather one selected resource while away from the kingdom. Only one exploration can be active at a time.
